The DropBox ( is a secure method for transferring files. Cornell community members with an active NetID who need to send sensitive data should use the DropBox.

Why should the DropBox be used?
E-mail is an insecure method for sending private data such as addresses, grant information, grades, financial or HR records. The DropBox ensures data is sent securely.
Who can use it?
Any person with an active Cornell NetID or any individual with a valid email address who has been whitelisted by a Cornell community member.
